Mercury Capital Group Inc. is always looking for dedicated hardworking individuals to work in the following capacities:
Residential Loan Officer – this is a full-time or part-time position, requires some experience in residential mortgage industry. The person in this position will be working directly with the clients generating leads, implementing the company marketing strategy in the field, pre-qualifying clients, and completing the initial application phases. The person can work either from the office or from home, the main qualifying criteria – proven track record of sales and consulting approach to client management. Mortgage industry experience is helpful but not necessary. This is a salary plus commission position, with quarterly and annual bonuses. Continuous training is provided.
Underwriter – This is a key position within
the company, office-based full-time, Sub-prime or A-Paper experience
required. Work
as a liaison with the lenders, responsible for the back-office support of
the company sales force, communicate with the clients about the status of
the loan, supervise the completion of the loan process through closing.
Educate the Loan Officers about the programs that we offer, research new
lender programs that we should add to our offerings, assist the marketing
department in researching the most profitable niches in the market.
Compensation is salary, commissions and bonuses, and profit sharing.
Telemarketers – This is a full-time, part-time or subcontractor
position, requires experience in designing and implementing telemarketing
campaigns, and proven track record of telesales. Compensation is commission
only or salary plus commission for highly experienced telemarketers upon
completion of a test period. Can
work from home.
Processor – This is a full-time, part-time or subcontractor
position. Must be highly efficient, familiar with Point for Windows, credit
processing software, and basic Office applications, familiar with most
aspects of the loan processing job, capable of processing at least 40 loans
a month. Compensation is negotiable and can be in the form of a salary,
commission, or a combination of both. Can work from home or from the office.

Coming Soon: In a few months we are starting our Mercury Capital University - an extensive training program for beginner-level residential loan officers. This program will provide the new LO's with the boost necessary to understand the critical issues of the industry, to start in this business in a very expedient manner, and to become productive in this challenging but very rewarding career. The classes will be open to all Loan officers, not just those who are wishing to work for Mercury Capital Group.
